Products purchased via this website are warranted against defects as indicated in the owner's manual and packaging information. Within this warranty period, LEI Electronics Inc. agrees to remedy such defects by repairing or replacing, at its option, any products provided they are sent along with a cheque or money order for $9.99 (S&H) PREPAID to the address listed below within the warranty period and includes a copy of the original sales receipt as proof of purchase. When returning defective item(s), please indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, the defect of the item(s) as well as your name, address, and phone number.

LEI is not responsible for any damage to persons or property as a result of the use of any products. Warranty only covers the product purchased from LEI and does not cover any products used in conjunction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange any product(s) if you return it to LEI within 15 days of purchase in accordance to the following terms and conditions:
  1. All products must be returned in original condition including the original packaging (including UPC code, manual, and accessories) and must be accompanied with the LEI Invoice. Please be sure to obtain and keep a copy of your invoice.
  2. Refunds are not available on opened software, internal peripheral products (memory chips, video cards, etc.) or consumable products. Any missing accessories and used or partially used consumable accessories will be deducted from the refund amount.

PLEASE NOTE: The RMA # must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box or your refund could be significantly delayed or refused. When returning item(s), please indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, the reasons for the return as well as your name and phone number.

LEI Electronics Inc. will not refund any shipping charges either charged or incurred to return item(s). LEI Electronics Inc is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier.

All refunds will be credited to the payment method used in the original purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail.
